If you like to take some time off for training, learning, travel or extra family time (e.g. parental leave) or just the other way around, work extra time? Together we take care for it.

Entrepreneurship

Assignments are your choice. 80% of the fee is yours and you receive a 15% commission if you win new project assignments for Blue Sky associates. Next to to 80/20 and 15% commission, you can earn equity points (basis for annual bonus) and 12% commission on Partner business.

Blue Sky – Associate Earnings Model

Revenue Fee (Professional Services, e.g. Strategy, PM, etc): 80%-20% .Example: Associate Partner works on client project. Revenue 100K, 80K Associate / 20K Blue Sky
Lead Fee: 15% .Example: Associate brings in new project 50K. Associate receives 7,5K
3rd Partner Commission Fee
Existing Partner: Associate sells partner business. LFA = 15%. Associates receives 12% fee (80% of 15%)
New Partner: Associate creates new partnership. Partnership ‘creator override’: Associate receives 2% of all future partnership business capped at 24 months.
Partner Creator Bonus: > 3 new partnerships & > 100K annual revenue = 5K retrospective bonus.

Equity Points (=Annual Company bonus). We will explain in a live meeting the Equity Points Schedule.

Success is guaranteed when partners are willing to share their experience, client relationships, and partner networks, all while maintaining their independence. 1+1 = 3.

Blue Sky facilitates the partnership by providing services in areas such as marketing, flexible office spaces, community events, sustainability initiatives, invoicing and administration. Partners are also free to manage these services independently if they prefer.

With a commission-based lead fee (12%), collaboration, a strong community, and a sense of purpose, we make work rewarding and enjoyable (keep 80% of the consulting / services fee).
